Why Other Types Bug You and How to Manage it Better

Let's take a look at highest vs. lowest movement Energy Types and how to get along

No, it’s not about how much you actually move.

Movement in Energy Profiling isn’t a reference to being active vs. sitting around all-day. It refers to how you engage with the world and the process in which you do things.

I’ve invited my Experts (Anna K 3/1, Jeny 1/3, Liz 4/2, Shayna 2/4) Who represent the highest and lowest movement Energy Types. You can see a visual example at all 12 dominant/secondary Energy Types in this Yin/Yang Line-Up.

I learned a lot from chatting with them about how they navigate life and relationships since learning this about themselves. (17:24 ) I asked them what their perfect day would look like and was not surprised by the dramatic differences, but was surprised in some commonalities

We laughed and listened as we chatted about the following:

  • (1:26) Do these Energy Types ever annoy each other? If so, we talked about how to change that to appreciation with healthy boundaries through communication.
  • (7:56) What are the common challenges these Energy Types experience? How to avoid them and even make them non-issues with the understanding of Energy Profiling.
  • (12:11) What does each Energy Type appreciate about the other? And how this can make your life better (think social situations and feeling grounded in calm moments).

Does your dominant and secondary Energy Type put you in the high or lowe group? Or somewhere in the middle? Make sure to watch this video and see where you fall in the line-up.

Now that you know this about yourself, what’s your perfect day look like?
