  1. I don’t even own a brush. I comb my hair when I wash it and the rest is finger combing. Yet I really want a Mason Pearson brush, because apparently they’re magic amazeballs and will distribute your natural oils making your hair shine like Jennifer Anistons.

    1. I got a mason pearson four years ago and I’ve not been super impressed for how much I paid. It’s a beautiful brush, but I just haven’t noticed the difference i was hoping for in shine and luster.

  2. I’ve also read that brushing when wet can really damage hair. I switched to a wide-toothed comb for detangling after showers and found that really helped reduce frizz.

    1. Hi Karla! All brushes will distribute scalp oils, some better than others. A boar bristle brush does a great job:)
