  1. This session really resonated with me, my daughter’s birth 2 years ago was very emotionally and physically traumatic for me. Afterwards it was like someone hit a reset button on my life, I could remember who I was before, but couldn’t relate to her anymore (I’d been dressing unknowingly as T4 for 10+ years) and I lost myself and most of my friends. I’ve been unhappy, insecure, angry, and running on empty for the better part of a decade, and like Carol said, this is an opportunity for me to sort out who I really am. I’ve gone through the online course for all four types, read “It’s Just My Nature” twice, rewatched every face profiling video at least 3x, been watching Lifestyle content and doing healing sessions for each type, and am still at a loss. I can see T1 & T3 in my face, and aspects of T1, T2, and T3 in how I approach the world but don’t feel like I embody any of them enough to say “Yes, that’s me.” *sigh* I’m continuing this journey because I want to feel at home in my own skin, and better understand myself so that I can shine in the world and for my family. Thanks Carol and the DYT team for continuing to support all of us in our journeys!

    1. Oh I know what you mean Caressa! Pregnancy and motherhood are huge changes in our lives and I was the same as you- I felt like I’d been reset and lost myself and my friends. A total change in life and I was running on empty for many, many years. That is a horrible place to be and I hope you get ‘filled up’ again so you’re not running on empty anymore.

  2. Maybe a “co-pilot” at the desk, Carol. I know how frustrating it can be. Or maybe choose the celebrity ahead of the broadcast. But thank you for sharing these two ladies in their journeys. I hope they realize how much this is helping many of us who might be strugglilng. I wish them all the best.

  3. Holly, so stunning and confident in your bold T4 beauty! And Jesse, wishing you well as you heal up and harness your dynamic T3 energy in your own way. Thanks, both of you, for sharing your process.
