A Type 1 Before & After to Love Yourself No Matter Your Body Shape

Kristina is absolutely adorable!

Yet she was holding on to a couple of beliefs which affected her ability to see this about herself.

She was judging the weight she’d gained due to the sadness she experiences because her husband is deployed overseas.

Watch what happens when Carol takes what Kristina named her “pounds of pain” and gives it a new, happier name.

You can feel the energy shift in the room as you watch the video!

Viewing ourselves in a loving way and changing our beliefs about ourselves is the first step to truly releasing unwanted weight.

Plus, get a load of Kristina’s new look. You can look beautifully YOU even if you aren’t at your preferred weight.

I’ll show you how!

“It’s about discovering who I really am. I feel like I can do anything now!” —Kristina, Type 1 woman.

  4. Kristina, you look adorable! First, I want to thank you and your husband for your service to this country. Without a spouse keeping the home fires burning, the soldier/sailor/marine cannot do what needs to be done. (Retired Navy, here) Your children are so lucky to have such a great, loving Mom. It is nice to see your outside reflect your happy, bubbly personality. You are such a blessing! :)))

  5. Oh I just love the lightness in Kristina’s face in her after look. Her face just shines! Good for her to see the value in loving herself and good for you Carol and all the wonderful ladies there for helping her see that. I sure wish I could come and visit!

    Hugs,
    Janet

  6. You CAN feel the energy shift watching this video! So awesome and I’m so happy for you, Kristina!! I love looking at the change in thinking from pounds of pain to pounds of love! Brilliant. Thank you, Carol – and Kristina for your willingness to share with us. It helps us on our own journeys :-). And God Bless you – your DH will be in my prayers. I’m a former Army Mom, now mom of a veteran. <3

  8. So inspiring, Kristina! Brought tears to my eyes! 🙂 I’m also a military wife with a currently deployed husband–loved hearing your story and feel very similar. You look amazing!! 🙂

  9. What a gift DYT is to so many! Kristina, you were so brave to be vulnerable and to recognize that there really is more for you and that you ARE deserving for the makeover! Congratulations on your new journey and being the bright, happy person you truly are. One of your last statements is what I was thinking – that you can give more to your family when you take the time for yourself. I learned that taking care of myself isn’t selfish through the book “Boundaries” by Townsend and Cloud. It’s like the “put your oxygen mask on first” philosophy. In fact, I believe it is an obligation to take care of the body we were given. Again, congratulations and best wishes. You will love continuing in DYT! And thank you for your sacrifice and the sacrifice your husband makes to defend us and our freedom. God bless you!

  10. Stunning transformation! Just curious as to how she was typed as a Type 1, as I see more Type 2 features and energy. Thank you for helping me understand more clearly.

  11. Wow, what a wonderful why to turn negative thoughts into positive ones. I truly believe my weight gained is due to me finding peace and happiness in work and in love. I am a type two and I’m thinking that to tweak that saying to support my truth would sound something like: ” I’m looking forward to comfortably release these pound of peace and happiness.” (Just to say that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside). Lots of love to you Kristina, I am sure you will find a lot of happiness!

  12. This story resonated with me in so many ways! It’s sometimes hard I think for us to see our Type 1 nature if we are in a depressed state… I need to explore this more!

  13. Incredible story. Sending you lots of love. I’m always so grateful for everything Carol has done for the world. Such an angel!
