3 Steps to Bring Your Type's Energy Into Balance

Are you feeling pulled out of balance?

When the world doesn’t look like it used and “normal” is now different, it’s more important than ever to have regular and routine habits that balance and ground our energy.

I want to teach you my three-step practice to easily bring you back into balance. Use this daily or whenever you feel an overexpression (or underexpression) of your Type’s energy. Step 2 is specific to the nature of that Energy Type as each Type experiences balance and grounding unique to their movement.

First, let’s take a quick look at what that over or under expression of that Type looks like when they are out of balance: (0:36) Type 1, (1:08) Type 2, (1:36) Type 3, (2:11) Type 4.

3 Steps to Restore Balance:

  1. (3:14) Become present in the moment with this.
  2. (3:47) Type 1, (4:35) Type 2, (5:33) Type 3, (6:23) Type 4.
  3. (7:24) Reset with this technique.
