Face Profiling: Does Carrying Extra Weight Throw Off Your Assessment?

"Are my facial features altered from extra weight?"

Many women wonder about the same question you may have: “Does extra weight in my face keep me from seeing what Energy Type I am?”

Facial Profiling is the most accurate Energy Profiling assessment tool, but can you still count on it when you are carrying extra weight?

On today’s #EnergyProfilingWithCarol show, you’ll meet 4 women who have all had this concern. First, you’ll see Sandra, who didn’t think she was “happy” enough to be a Type 1! She’s looking forward to adding more fun in her life. Amanda tried to dress as a Type 2 but felt too tired and weighed down. She’s thrilled to discover her true Energy Type on camera!

Next you’ll meet Dana. People say she’s “cute”—but her facial features say Type 4. Who’s correct? And finally, Sarah joins me because she thought she was Type 4 until she started to get headaches and became ill. Your body tells you who you are, even if you don’t realize it.

What did you learn from this episode? Do you feel more confident in Face Profiling? If you don’t, you can change your thoughts to: “I’m learning, I’m growing, I’m choosing to be a master at it!” Choose what you want rather than declaring the status of where you’re at.

  1. This was a wonderful and enlightening show. All beautiful ladies and a big thanks for them being on the program.

  2. This was really thought provoking – especially your lovely type 2. It’s amazing what the body subconsciously tells us. I’m still on my journey towards determining my type, but i lean towards type 2 with maybe a hesitation about type 1. My question is – how do i know if it’s the ‘damaged’ part of myself that identifies as soft and subtle, or if it’s my authentic self? I became very quiet after a big move when i was young and i feel this intensified when people kept pointing it out. Am i really ‘quiet’ or am i quiet because people tell me am? If i could figure this out, i feel i would know myself so much better.

  3. Thank you for presenting this topic, Carol! I miss-typed myself as a T2 for over a year, in part because I have a full, long face due to carrying a lot of weight. Eventually, I recognized that I’m really a T4/S1 even though my features are very smoothed over by the weight on my face. It was interesting to notice how all of your lovely guests had full faces, like me, you could see there types in their faces, but there energies came out so clearly in their voices, and manners of speaking! Thinking about myself from that perspective validates that I am correctly typed now, because my voice is rather deep and my speech is somewhat animated, but it has fits and starts. I really feel reassured!
