Jaleah, seems that many 4/1s would be ogling your dress. Is there any way for a 4/1 to get away with it? I get it that the bow around the waist is the playful component, but it also tucks it in beautifully to be form fitting. Absolutely gorgeous on you.
I think this is a dress that a 4/1 could easily wear. I added extra animation with the pink earring and shoes, to make it lean more Type 1 for me.
