    1. Good question. No, heathered is not just for Type 2s. Heathered adds a slight texture and can be done in any Type’s color. I’ve included links to items of the other Types that are heathered as well,

      Type 1 – https://shop.liveyourtruth.com/clothing/t-s/type-1-top-134.html?___store=type1
      Type 3 – https://shop.liveyourtruth.com/clothing/t-s/type-3-lush-hot-t-db63b0.html?___store=type3
      Type 4 – https://shop.liveyourtruth.com/clothing/t-s/type-1-top-66.html?___store=type4
Type 4’s is more of a burn out T, because a true heather might create more of a softened quality than a Type 4 would prefer.

  1. My favorite way to wear stripes is when they’re on a diagonal (of course, it’s also a low contrast). I feel like that helps with a downward movement. I love all my diagonally-striped tops!

  2. I love stripes! This video was very helpful, especially for someone like me who is drawn to stripes. So glad I can play up my secondary 4 with stripes. Thank you so much for these videos Anne.

    1. Yes, I think so! Low contrast would be a good thing to keep in mind when choosing plaids. I’ll do a specific post on plaid in the future sometime.

  3. I own that last dress and was happy to see the accessories you chose. Beautiful look! I often wear it with a wooden pendant necklace I bought from the DYT store along with the matching earrings. I throw on a charcoal sweater for warmth. Another look I like for that dress is a purple camp shirt worn over it with matching beads worn doubled and knotted in front. I wear my connecting factor earrings and a pair of embroidered sandals too. It was one of my favorite beach outfits. Btw, I love that vest you’re wearing in this video.

  4. Well I’m just getting to this video, but it is very helpful and educational about what to look for and especially differences from other Types. Prior to discerning my T2, one of my favorite casual tops is a long sleeve striped knit tee shirt with very light gray and soft white stripes. Validation!
