Of course she’s a T3. When I initially said T4, it was from a photo of her in a lot of black. I’m not familiar with Iris but I now see the substance with much boldness as well.
I just watched a documentary about Iris Apfel on Netflix. Wow! Her fashion sense is one of a kind. Loved it when she said she was not pretty and that she didn’t like pretty women. They get through life on their looks and then what do they have?
This was great. I totally get the movement thing now. Several times I have thought I might be a T3 because I am a very busy person, on the go, lots of balls in the air, but I cannot stand to have ‘stuff’ on me… all that movement on my body!? – no way. And she is exactly someone who would spring to mind every time I thought ‘maybe it’s better just to do your own thing’, but I can completely see how the majority of what she was doing, while doing her own thing, was still in alignment with her energy type. I would love to see an example like this of each type.

Great video, thanks a lot! As a type 4 I really enjoy to see if and how things work out when they are brought to an extreme – and wow, what a great example for that! However I also have to mention (you know, type 4… 😉 that the “young” photo shown in the video is not Iris Apfel, but is Millicent Rogers, who seems to be one of Iris Apfel’s own style inspirations.
