I got this link in my inbox this morning, and in true t1 fashion, went right to it even though now I might be just a weeee bit late to work this morning! 😉 I love all of them, even though I’m a secondary 2—I actually just ordered that mint striped pencil skirt a couple of days ago—can’t wait to get it!
    Question: I teach Pilates and Barre classes 4x/week. I watched the video on exercise clothes, which was super helpful! But, I’m wondering if there are ways I can add zing to my teaching outfits; I’m not really exercising when I teach, so I do wear a bracelet or two, earrings, a tank and a colorful or patterned cardigan over my mostly navy blue pants. Any ideas? Thanks so much for these fantastic style videos—I look forward to them so much! xoxo

    1. That skirt is amazing! I love it! All Type 1’s can for sure wear it 🙂 Have fun making it secondary 2 and please post a pic! One thing I love while exercising is wearing a necklace that hits right in then nape of my neck. It’s the perfect length to stay put, and I love catching little flashes of the gold in the mirror!

    1. The white shoes in the 3rd outfit? The ones with the scalloped straps? Those are from a local Utah store called Forever Young Shoes. It was in the Spring, so I am not sure if they would still have them!

  2. I’m a little confused. In the type 2 outfit are those exercise pants? Is it ok to wear those outside when you’re not working out? I know I saw a video that said we shouldn’t’ wear gym shoes day to day but gym shoes seems like the best thing to wear with workout pants.

  4. Watch them with a blank head, and just let the info filter through, you’ll catch yourself feeling delighted, or inspired, then go, “What secondary was that?! That made me feel the most happy/inspired/etc.” Wanting to get it right and not make a fool of yourself sounds a lot like a secondary 4, we kinda like to get it right 😉 Not saying that is your secondary, but it could be a clue. And let the time needed to journey into the secondary happen. You may find you needed to sit in another secondary for a while. While I was thinking I was a secondary 2, dang I was SO kind! Ha, and that wasn’t a bad thing 🙂
