  1. Just to let you know, there’s a typo on the bottom regarding what time the “supporting the type 4s” section airs. I realize this isn’t that big of a deal but I figure there may be someone who wants to forward to that specific part and they may not understand whether it airs at 33:38 or 35:38.

    1. That is called video time code (not airs) it is so you can “scrub” through a video and also for editing clips/frames.
      Good catch on the typo. You would make a great video editor.

  2. Oh, I so needed the feedback about the tv shows. I have anxiety and am obsessed with The Walking Dead. Last year I avoided but ‘kept up’ by reading episode recaps and watching Talking Dead. My anxiety was reduced. This year I thought maybe I could handle it, but no. Tks for the encouragement to let go of this well-written, exciting, but over-stimulating show. Vulnerable…great description. Tks, Carol!!

    1. I love the show but I do find I can’t relax after watching it unless I watch the Talking Dead. I need the debriefing and Chris Hardwicks humor. : )

  3. This is by far, the best talk so far on Lifestyle!! Thank you for including the healing processes. I found this program originally from that realm and then have gotten all absorbed into the fashion part true to my type 4 energy! I loved the EFT, the meridan sweep, and the references to helpful resources (yours and others!) Thank you for reminding me of some of the healing I still have to do. Highly recommend this video to everyone. AND recommend you listen to the whole thing, not just the times listed based on your type. You will learn good tools!

  4. Carol, thank you so much for the spider reprogramming exercise. My personal spider is my ex-husband, and every time I have to see him in court for custody I go through fight or flight and struggle to either a) respond or b) respond from a rational space. Every time I get a text about something from him sends adrenaline and fear coursing through me and makes my back throb. There have been times when I feared I would never have my life back. For once I feel like I have a tool to clear this irrational fear and that means so much to me – much more than I can possibly express in words. Thank you very much for this healing! <3
