  1. This was very helpful, I too tend to either over or under pack and now I have all these great T4 items I’d love to show off as I travel. I have a four day conference coming up in two weeks and I’m really wanting to pack light, so I’ll use the ‘mix and match’ method as I put together my wardrobe. Thanks.

  2. I have a vacation planned next month and I’ve been thinking about my wardrobe since I planned it in January! I tend to put a draft wardrobe plan on paper when the trip is first planned. Then I assess if my current wardrobe meets all my ideal needs. I give myself time to find/acquire anything that would make it perfect. Then I revisit the original plan closer to the trip. I actually write out a list of all the items I want to pack. I lay them out and check off the list as I pack. My children have learned to think about what we’ll be doing, what they’ll need (usually the first thing is to count the number of pairs of underwear) and then they make their own list. I used to have them layout their items and let me check before they packed, but at 14 and 11 I’ve let go and trust them to do it! Its actually fun for us to travel.

  3. You know what would be great? It would be great if the new arrivals came in some larger sizes like 14-16. There are some really cute tops especially the black striped one! Also, will the cute, navy polka dot skirt be making a comeback?

    1. Sadly the navy polka dot skirt is no longer available, but this black and white skirt is still in stock.

  4. This was great! I do tend to overpack because I don’t know what the variables will be and pack for everything. Rather packing for just the number of days I’ll be gone, I tend to pack everything I like so I pack almost everything I own! I need to give myself more time to do it right! Thanks for the ideas!

  5. How do you get by with so few bottoms? I feel like I go through a million pairs of shorts/pants per day most days since I end up with spills or other disasters (usually attributed to my children).
